Bill Kelley a broker since 1989, has been in the real estate business in Sonoma County since 1985. Moving here from San Francisco with his family when he was five, he has been a local resident ever since and really knows Sonoma County and Lake County real estate. He created his own successful investment career at the ripe age of 19! He has also been a local business owner since 1972.

Theresa Kelley, joined Bill in 1996 in his rapidly growing business. She was born in Sonoma County and is a graduate of Ursuline High School and

Santa Rosa Junior College. In 2004 Theresa got her real estate license, having learned every aspect of the business, progressing from bookkeeper, to office manager, to agent.

With two adult children to their credit, the Kelleys share just about everything, including a love for their business. Together, they are an unbeatable team, and their staff of capable agents shares their enthusiasm.
